Terms and Conditions for Quantum Punk Network

By purchasing and using the augmented reality business card services (RC) provided by [Quantum Punk Network] (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you (the "Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Our Services include the creation and hosting of augmented reality experiences linked to physical business cards provided by the Client or through our partners. These experiences may include, but are not limited to:

Displaying social media links.
Displaying images and photo galleries.
Playing video content.
Allowing for a specified number of content updates per month as outlined in the Client's chosen plan.

3. Account Registration and Use

You may be required to create an account to manage your AR business card content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

4. Content and Updates

You are solely responsible for the content (including images, videos, text, and links) you upload and associate with your AR business card. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and display this content.
You agree not to upload or link to any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
The number of free updates per month is limited to the amount specified in your chosen plan (currently two (2) updates per month). An "update" constitutes a change to the visual or linked content of your AR experience.
We reserve the right to refuse to implement any update request that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to implement your update requests in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee a specific turnaround time for updates.
Additional updates beyond the free monthly allowance may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property: The Services, including the underlying software, technology, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Quantum Punk Network and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for the purpose of managing your AR business card content in accordance with these Terms.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Services. By uploading your content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees, if applicable, will be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as per your chosen plan.
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner.

Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your Services.

7. Termination

By You: You may terminate your use of the Services at any time. However, any prepaid fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Upon termination, your access to the AR experience and your account will be disabled, and we may delete your content in accordance with our data retention policies.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE EFFECTIVENESS OR RESULTS YOU MAY ACHIEVE THROUGH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
